On January 10th, 2026, when the delegation from AquaFresh Uganda stepped into the Henan hoyshine Machinery Co.ltd, they came with clear needs and cautious expectations. As a rapidly growing aquatic processing enterprise in East Africa, lssac Fresh urgently needed a freezing cabinet drying production line that could operate stably in tropical climates while significantly increasing capacity and quality.
Uganda, with Lake Victoria and abundant water resources, holds huge potential for aquatic products. However, bottlenecks in processing have long constrained industrial development. Traditional drying methods are inefficient and inconsistent in quality, failing to meet international export standards.
The significance of this production line, will soon to be installed , goes far beyond a single equipment purchase:
Capacity Upgrade: Daily processing capacity increased to 1 tons, helping Issac Fresh’s annual export value grow by an estimated $1 million.
Job Creation: Directly creates 30 technical positions, indirectly driving over 200 jobs in fishing, logistics, and other sectors.
Technology Transfer: Joyshine dispatches engineers for two months of on-site training, cultivating a local maintenance team.
Quality Breakthrough: Enables Ugandan aquatic products to qualify for batch entry into the European high-end market for the first time.
