In the largest country in Central Asia, Kazakhstan, potatoes are never just side dishes, but the “main attraction” on the dining table. From the busy restaurants in Almaty to the local markets in Pavlodar, a golden and crispy potato chip carries the business strategies of countless restaurateurs.
Overview of Core Project Information:Recently, we successfully delivered a 100kg/h potato chip production line to Kazakhstan. This was not just the fulfillment of an order; it was also a demonstration of trust spanning thousands of kilometers. Today, I would like to share with you the true story of the customer, from their “semi-automatic trial” to their “full-scale expansion production”.
When looking at the “2020 10 3” inquiry record, the time should be traced back to the past. At that time, the customer was still at the “exploring” stage and their inquiries were about semi-automatic production lines.
When contacting again, the customer’s first words conveyed a sense of determination: “The project has been decided. We are going to expand production.”
It turns out that this Kazakh businessman’s business scope has expanded. Not only does he supply restaurants in Almaty, but he has also extended his distribution network to the market in Pavlodar. However, this time, he put forward an extremely special logistics requirement: “No freezing, full truck transportation throughout the process.”
We did not rush to make an offer. Instead, we first sent the customers high-definition pictures and operation videos of the core equipment of the production line:
Cleaning peeling machine: In the picture, the potatoes go in and clean, shiny potatoes come out, with an extremely low rate of skin damage.
Automatic slicing/stripping machine: The neatly arranged french fries flow out like a waterfall, with smooth cuts and uniform sizes.
Key processes – blanching line and air drying: These are the sections we specifically showcased to address the “truck transportation” issue. In the video, the worker picks up a processed potato chip, and the surface is dry and does not stick together.
