After communicating with the factory’s technicians, I promptly answered the customer’s queries and doubts. I also sent some case studies of other customers and more video demonstrations to showcase the factory’s capabilities. Eventually, the customer trusted us and decided to place an order. Before the Spring Festival holiday on 1.31, we successfully paid the deposit and arranged for the factory to start production. During the holiday, to ensure on-time delivery, our designers quickly and professionally drew production drawings, and the workers also worked overtime. Finally, on 3.10, the week after we resumed work, the machine was successfully delivered.
